The series starts around may time in 2019 and is expected to be held infamous circuits in Europe and the schedule is set also include races in America, Asia, and Australia. The series will have 18-20 cars and drivers for the first season.
The drivers will have to take part in a pre-selection process which involves on-track testing, simulation, technical engineering test, and fitness trials. The drivers who pass these tests will make it into the 2019 season.
The judges of the series include David Coulthard, former F1 team manager Dave Ryan who will be the racing director and F1 technical designer for RedBull Racing Adrian Newey, who will be a board member.
The cars will be identical to the Tatuus T-318 Formula 3 cars. Here’s a clip of a Tatuus T-318 Formula 3 car shown by F3 Asian Championship. They will be powered by the Autotecnica Motori inline four-cylinder 1.8-liter turbocharged engines.
