Best Skin Care Hacks

There so many skin care hacks which I’ve heard of and tried and I wanted to share them with you. I hope these hacks help with any skin problems.

1. Treat Yourself To Tea Tree

Tea tree oil has been long known as one of the best, natural sources of antibacterial power. It smells amazing and it can help with killing acne-causing bacteria and keep new blemishes from popping up. Tea tree oil can also clean up your pores if they’ve been clogged, and can help keep the dirt and bacteria free! To use, put a drop or two of tea tree oil (100% pure and organic, please!) on a cotton ball, dilute with a few drops of carrier oil (coconut, olive, or jojoba oil are good options) or saturate with purified water, and dab onto trouble spots.

2.Reach For Oil-Free Products

If your combination skin suffers from excess sebum—AKA oil—you may want to consider giving oil-free skin care and beauty products a try. Typically these products are formulated with oily complexions in mind; oil-free skin care products, such as moisturizers, can be hydrating enough to target areas of your complexion that aren’t as oily, as well as nourish the oily areas without adding to the grease factor.

3. Use a charcoal sheet face mask.

An all the rage ingredient? Charcoal. It detoxes and exfoliates your skin, and all you have to do is let the sheet sit on your face for 15 to 20 minutes while you relax. A great product is to buy is the Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask from BodyShop which only costs £17.00

4. Try a lip tint/oil for your lips.

These nutrient-rich lip oil treatments slide like butter (yes, really) onto your lips, and also give you a sheer pop of color with zero stickiness. You can find this product from Clarins a good oil to buy as it’s only £19.99.

5. Use an overnight sleeping mask.

It’s during sleep that your skin cells turnover and do their hardest work at cell recovery. This is the best time to hyper-moisturize and work on a tired complexion. I like to apply an intensive sleeping mask to correct any dullness. When you wake up, weeks of wear and tear will have come off of your face. Trust me. A great product to use for this is the Sand and Skye Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment which is a brilliant product and only cost £34.90.

That’s all my hacks for brilliant skin. I hope to post more posts like this as I find posts like these ones are fun to write.
